Picanha Steak or roast (8oz, 12oz, 16oz or Roast)

 This cut made popular in Brazil, is best cooked over open flame.  Best cooked medium.  Closest comparison would be a striploin due to its tenderness, smooth texture and delicious fat cap.  Its curved shaped makes it perfect to serve a crowd as it gets many different degrees of doneness.
