Ramen (Kit or Broth)

Our house made take on a Japanese staple.   Available in a kit or just the broth.

Ingredients: 

Broth 1 litre: Bones, water, ginger, garlic, green onion, star anise, lemon grass, mushroom, togarashi, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar

Kit includes: Chicken breast (soy sauce, mirin, ginger) corn salad, (corn, salt, sugar, togarashi, rice vinegar, pickled mushrooms, (soy, mirin, rice vinegar, black, sesame oil) Marinated egg (soy, sugar, salt, mirin)
