Iberico Pork Secreto (roughly 16oz)

-"The Wagyu of Pork" Iberico pork imported from Spain.  These pigs graze on pasture eating, grasses, mushroom and acorns.  Their diet gives the pork a rich, earthy flavour with beefy undertones.  A real delicacy.

-The "Secreto" cut is a very tasty and tender cut coming from the shoulder.  For best results; grill over high heat, rest and slice thin against the grain before serving
