What is the $30 refundable credit card hold?
Initial Charge: When you place your order, we charge your credit card for the estimated cost of the products plus a refundable $30 hold. This means if you order a product estimated at $14.99, your total initial charge will be $44.99, accounting for both the product and the hold.
Final Adjustment: Once we assemble your order and calculate the actual cost based on weight, we adjust the total charged to your credit card. For instance, if the actual price of the chicken is $15.49, we will refund you $29.50. This adjustment ensures you only pay the actual product cost.
Refund Processing: We process refunds for any discrepancies between the initial hold and the final price immediately after finalizing your order. Please be aware that it may take between 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Pickup Policy
To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, we kindly ask our customers to pick up their orders within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date that was selected. Unfortunately, if an order is not collected within this timeframe, we must discard the item to maintain our standards of quality and safety. Please note, in such cases, we will not be able to replace the order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you better.
